THIRD DAY OF ALL ABILITIES
DRAMA CAMP NOTES
June 17, 2015
* We
can’t believe we are already half way through camp!!! It is so awesome to see
the campers meet new friends and to see such great teamwork!!
*Actor/Actresses
Report: The actors worked on their lines- thinking of actions to their
lines, and memorizing their lines. We have sent a script home with lines. Since
we are borrowing people’s circus costumes, campers will not be able to keep
their costumes this year. Of course, they will have their snazzy red AADC
t-shirt!!
*Musicians
Report: The musicians continued to learn their songs and are making a
fun instrument. If your camper wants to practice one of the songs we have
posted it on our blog and facebook page.
*Artist Report:
The artists worked hard on continuing the scenery and making a ton of costumes
for the play.
*Dancer
Report: The dancers are continuing to learn their dances and practiced
it in the church today. They sure do have some awesome moves!
*On Friday,
we would like to give the choice to all campers to have his/her face pointed
for our performance. If your camper has any allergies or sensitive skin that this would not be good
for please let us know.
**As
a way to bond and get to know each other better, we had a cotton candy machine
with us and camper got to enjoy a break from their hard work while enjoying it.
*We
might end up having have some extras
camper and adult AADC t shirts. If you are interested in purchasing them, they
are $10. You can email us with the size you are looking for and we can see if
we have any extra.
*Please
continue to check out our facebook page (and share and like it) and blog. It
has announcements, videos and pictures of our week: http://www.allabilitiescamp.blogspot.com/
***We will
perform our play Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Seton Church. We hope to see you
there!! Invite family and friends to see our THE MOST AMAZING CIRCUS ON
EARTH!!!
